Bicycle parking – At each apartment block there is a closed shed for bicycle parking and prams. For residents in block 2 there is an open bicycle shed at the parking lot.
Party room – Accommodates 40 people, as well as a large kitchen and 2 toilets
Common area – Playground and Campfire place. NOTE: Temporarily affected by renovation of the apartments
