My internet is not working – who do I contact?
If you experience problems with your internetconnection, please contact Bolignet. Make sure that the problems you experience aren’t caused by your own equipment. If you have a router, you should try troubleshooting first. Try plugging a cable directly from your outlet to your computer, to make sure the router isn’t the problem. If it turns out the problem is caused by your own equipment, you will be billed for the technical support.
My TV-signal is not working – who do I contact?
If you experience problems with your TV-signal, please contact YouSee by phone 70 70 40 40. Their opening hours are weekdays from 8.00-20.00. Weekends and holidays from 10.00-20.00. Make sure that the problems you experience aren’t caused by your own equipment. If it turns out the problem is caused by your own equipment, you will be billed for the technician they are sending.
NOTE: The atenna system will be phased out in connection with the renovation.
